Van Storm

Van Storm brings a distinctive blend of expertise in banking, finance, real estate, development, and construction to his role.

He began his career with MidFirst Bank, where, as Vice President, he financed more than $500 million in commercial and construction real estate projects across the United States over 10 years. In 2012, Van joined Joe D. Hall General Contractors as a Partner, where he has since played a key leadership role in sourcing and managing major construction projects from inception through completion. As Preconstruction Services Manager, he oversees cost estimating, bid coordination, contract administration, and business development. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in delivering more than $1 billion in completed projects.

Van is a Certified Estimating Professional through the American Society of Professional Estimators and is widely respected for his strategic approach to project management and financial oversight.

A native of Elk City, Oklahoma, Van earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Honors and a concentration in Finance from Oklahoma City University in 2002. A four-year letterman on the OCU Golf Team, he was an Academic All-American and member of the 2002 NAIA National Championship Team.

Van, and his wife Julie, enjoy raising their two children, who are active in youth sports. As a family, they share a love of golf and travel.
