Employee Bio

Although not a native to the Cross Timbers Area, Molly arrived as quickly as she could. Moving to Stephenville in 1994 to attend Tarleton State University, she soon decided this was where she needed to settle down. After graduating from TSU in 1996, Molly became a licensed Texas Realtor and delved into sales and property management until she began her family. Beginning her banking career as a mortgage loan processor in 2001, she was soon approached to begin training as a loan originator. Joining forces with Town and Country Bank in 2006 which merged with InterBank in 2013, Molly has established herself as one of the leading lenders in the area.

Knowing that the mortgage loan process is not something most people do every day, Molly strives to keep her Borrowers and Realtors in the loop and abreast of the process. As the requirements in the mortgage industry change regularly, Molly does her best to stay informed and educated on the changes that could affect her customers. She is knowledgeable about all types of loan programs including Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA programs and purchase, refinance and cash out loans. In addition, she has a background in interim construction and home improvement lending. Molly works closely with her peers in the industry which helps to insure a timely and seamless transaction.

Molly is a huge supporter of high school and college sports and she can quite often be spotted working in the concession stand during games. She is a huge proponent of the Junior Achievement program and has taught classes at both the junior high and senior high levels hoping to instill the importance of education and financial literacy in our youth. She is also a past member of Zonta and several PTO associations.
