Todd J. Pefferman, CPA

Todd has more than 26 years of public accounting experience and led FORVIS MAZARS’ Oklahoma City tax
practice before retiring on May 31, 2025. He started his career in Joplin, MO before transferring to the
Oklahoma City office on May 1, 2011. He was a member of the Construction & Real Estate Practice, the
Financial Services Practice, and the Manufacturing and Distribution group. He provided specialized income tax
planning, consulting, and compliance services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability
companies. He spent a large portion of his time advising financial institutions throughout the Oklahoma
market.

He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and OSCPA and is active with the Oklahoma City Estate
Planning Council. The Journal Record recognized Todd as one of its 2014 Achievers Under 40 and OSCPA
recognized him as one of its 2015 Trailblazers. Todd is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City Class 36 and
the OKConnect Community Orientation Program, presented in partnership by LOKC and the Greater
Oklahoma City Chamber.

Todd currently serves as a board member of the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City and First Serve OKC, where
he also serves as Treasurer for each organization. He formerly was chair of the board of directors and
Treasurer for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oklahoma City. He also served prior to moving to
Oklahoma City as a board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest MO, Ronald McDonald House of
the Four States and the Joplin Rotary Club. He is also a current member of the Economic Club of Oklahoma.
Additionally, prior to retirement he chaired the FORVIS MAZARS Foundation’s Oklahoma City Advisory
Committee, which is the firm’s philanthropic organization.

He is a 1998 graduate of Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, with a B.S. degree in accounting and a
minor in computer science.
