The technology is called VerificationEngine from Comodo, the leading Certification Authority on the Internet, (they put the padlock on websites). With this new technology, all Interbank logos and log-in boxes are protected so that you can authenticate their legitimacy in real time before you divulge anything confidential. This technology puts fraudsters out of business and you in control of your confidential information.

During the new security enrollment you will be asked to establish security two ways; both are necessary to complete the process.

• ONE: the Verification Engine tool: is for designed for use on your private PC or laptop. Download the Verification Engine tool only to your home computer or another computer that only you have access to (work computer, etc.). Once installed, when you roll your mouse over our authenticated content (logos and log-in box), a bright green border will be displayed around the edge of your monitor screen.
• TWO: the Three Security Questions: are designed for your security while using public computers (libraries, cyber cafes, wifi locations) or when you are traveling and don't have access to the system with the Verification Engine tool. Create three unique Security Questions along with their corresponding answers that ONLY YOU will know the answers too. You will be asked one of your three Security Questions to authenticate your identity when you are logging in from an unregistered computer (such as a public or infrequently used computer) or when you login from a computer where you have not yet downloaded the Verification Engine tool.
